Flexi Ramp products include a 12-month manufacturer warranty for defects in materials and workmanship under correct use conditions. If a defect is found within the warranty period, contact our support team for assistance. In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, faulty products may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please retain your proof of purchase when making a warranty claim.
